Role: Two Wheeler Sales Manager-Premium
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for premium two-wheelers
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives to drive performance and accomplish objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to the sales team
- Monitor sales performance and provide timely feedback and coaching to improve sales outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results
