We are looking for a Two Wheeler Sales Manager- Premium to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the blue grey collar jobs industry and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for premium two wheeler products
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and meet objectives
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotions
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and adjust strategies as needed
